All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners using Shiprocket logistics services.

1. Shipping Partners

Muscle Mode Nutrition uses Shiprocket and its courier partners for order processing and delivery across India.

Courier partners may include Delhivery, XpressBees, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, and others depending on service availability in your area.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 working hours after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight
  • Promotional offers
  • Cash on Delivery availability

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through SMS, email, or WhatsApp if available.

Customers can track their shipment using the tracking number provided by Shiprocket.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the package may be marked as undelivered or returned.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping address and contact information.

Muscle Mode Nutrition will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted logistics partners, we are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, or external factors beyond our control.

In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with Shiprocket and the courier partner for resolution.

9. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
