1. No General Returns

Due to hygiene, safety, quality control, and authenticity concerns, Muscle Mode Nutrition does not accept returns on delivered products.

Supplements and nutrition products are consumable items and therefore cannot be resold once delivered to customers.

2. Exceptions

Returns are generally not accepted. However, customers may contact us if they receive:

• Damaged products
• Leaking products
• Tampered products
• Incorrect products delivered

Such cases will be reviewed individually and may qualify for a replacement as per our Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy.

3. Reporting Issues

Customers must report any damaged, incorrect, leaking, or tampered products within 48 hours of delivery.

• Order ID must be provided.
• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging may be required.
• Claims submitted after the reporting period may not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Products

• Opened products
• Used products
• Partially consumed products
• Products damaged due to customer misuse
• Products returned without approval

5. Product Authenticity

Muscle Mode Nutrition only sells genuine and authentic products sourced from authorized distributors and brands.

Therefore, returns based on personal preference, taste, flavor, or expected results are not accepted.

6. Supplement Results Disclaimer

Results from supplements vary from person to person depending on factors such as diet, training, genetics, lifestyle, and overall health.

Muscle Mode Nutrition does not guarantee specific fitness, muscle gain, weight gain, weight loss, strength, or performance outcomes.
